Lindsay Anthony

Lindsay has more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience in finance, capital markets, lending and portfolio management, including 13 years at Walton Street Capital, where she was a Principal.

At Walton Street, she managed a $6+ billion loan portfolio and executed on over $11 billion of total loan volume. Her experience includes asset-level financing in the US, Europe, Mexico and India as well as fund-level financing for equity and debt platforms. At Walton Street, she worked on asset types including industrial, multifamily, hotel, retail and office. Since forming Oak Street Partners, her focus has been on multifamily, data centers and life sciences properties.

Prior to joining Walton Street, Lindsay was a Vice President at Bank of America in the Real Estate Loan Syndications and Portfolio Management groups and she began her career in the Commercial Real Estate group at Bank One (now JPMorgan Chase).

Lindsay is a CFA Charterholder and received a BS in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Lindsay formed Oak Street Partners in 2020.
