Lindsay Anthony

Lindsay has more than 20 years of direct commercial real estate experience in finance, capital markets, lending and portfolio management, including 13 years at Walton Street Capital, where she was a Principal.

At Walton Street, she oversaw a $6+ billion loan portfolio and acted as the primary point of contact for Walton Street’s lending relationships. Her respon­si­bil­i­ties included sourcing term sheets, negotiating loan documents and interfacing with investors and lenders across the equity and debt platforms.

In her tenure at Walton Street, she oversaw the execution of over $11 billion of total loan volume. Her experience includes asset-level financing in the US, Europe, Mexico and India as well as fund-level financing for equity and debt platforms. 

Prior to joining Walton Street, Lindsay was a Vice President at Bank of America in the Real Estate Loan Syndications and Portfolio Management groups and she began her career in the Commercial Real Estate group at Bank One (now JPMorgan Chase).

Lindsay is a CFA Charterholder and received a BS in Finance with Highest Honors from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Lindsay formed Oak Street Partners in 2020.
